The majority of these 70 letters are addressed to Fernand Fleuret. Topics include Le Sieutre's journalistic experiences, his health, the ever-present problem of earning money, and the 1906 Cercle d'Art Moderne exhibit. Many letters convey Le Sieutre's greetings to Charles-Theophile Feret, a poet and mutual friend of Le Sieutre and Fleuret. Other figures mentioned include the artists Dupré, George Desvallières, Othon Friesz, and Adolphe van Bever, biographer of French poets. One letter is addressed to the painter and caricaturist Charles Léandre. The several letters to unidentified correspondents, including "Pink and White," may actually be to Fleuret.
